1. Check the water pressure
A common problem with Quooker faucets is low water pressure. This can have several causes, such as scale or clogged pipes. Therefore, first check the water pressure of your Quooker faucet.
If the water pressure is too low, you can try descaling the faucet. To do this, follow the instructions in Quooker's manual or check when you last descaled your Quooker reservoir.
You should do this approx. every 5 years due to clogging by boiler scale after which you can also immediately replace the Quooker HITAC filter.

2. Reset the reservoir
Sometimes resetting the Quooker reservoir can solve many problems. To do this, first turn off the power to the reservoir. Then wait a few minutes before turning the power back on.
This can help fix any malfunctions in the system. If after resetting, the problem still persists, then there will be a malfunction with the Quooker or the faucet.

3. Inspect the connections.
It is also important to regularly inspect the connections to your Quooker faucet and reservoir. Check that all cables and hoses are properly connected and that there are no leaks. In case of leakage (water droplets at the coupling), water may get onto the Red cover of the Quooker reservoir, causing moisture to enter the cap.
This can cause malfunctions or short circuits.

If leaks are detected, you may need to replace or repair certain parts. For this, consult the manual of your Quooker see if there is any damage anywhere on the reservoir or faucet.

4. Is your Fusion faucet or Quooker mixer tap leaking?
If your Quooker Fusion faucet leaked after August 2015, you can fix it with a service set. Also, this set offers solution if the lever of the faucet goes heavy or has broken off.

If your Quooker mixer faucet (hot and cold water only) leaks, you will need a new service set for this.
