Repair your Quooker faucet with the right parts When you are going to repair your Quooker faucet, the Quooker faucet parts from Replacement Market will come in handy. When overhauling the Quooker, make sure to unplug the faucet, then turn on the faucet until only cold water comes out, and then remove the water pressure. If little water is coming out of your Quooker system, this could have 2 causes and we recommend the following Quooker parts: - The Quooker reservoir is full of scale. We advise to install a new inner work. - The hoses of the Quooker thermo-element are calcified. You will need a new thermocouple (a HITAC filter is included). - If you do have a Quooker tank and a tap, but you are missing the Quooker connection set, you can click on the parts drawing of the tank and look up the right Quooker connection material. A Quooker connection set can be an inlet combination, but also the black plastic hose that goes from the drain to the inlet combination (pressure relief valve). For the Combi Quooker you need some additional connection materials such as a mixing valve and sometimes a Quooker conversion kit. In the above cases, you can find the right Quooker faucet parts on our webshop. Quooker recommends replacing certain parts with some time. The HITAC filter for example; it should be replaced every 5 years. This ensures that there are no foreign tastes in the water, thus guaranteeing the quality from your faucet. If your Combi or Combi+ Quooker has no or too much hot water (not boiling water), you need a new mixing valve. The mixing valve can be disrupted by limescale build-up, preventing the water from mixing correctly. You will also find these Quooker parts in our shop. Fault If your Quooker blinks twice it means that your tap is broken; you will need a new tap. If your Quooker blinks 4x, you can see if you can reset the faucet. You should then pull the plug out of the socket and then pull the plug of the tap out of the cap of the reservoir. Then you should wait for at least 10 seconds. Then you put the plug of the tap back into the cap of the reservoir and the plug of the Quooker into the reservoir. The Quooker is reset and will probably work again. Otherwise, a new inner mechanism needs to be installed in the Quooker reservoir. Instead of unplugging and plugging it in, you can also turn the faucet's group on and off.
