If your faucet leaks at the spout (near the aerator), replace the inner workings.
If your faucet leaks at the neck, between the slots where the neck turns, replace the rings.

Always start by turning off the main tap. This is located near the water meter. You can also close the angle valves in the toilet cistern if you have one.

Use a knife to loosen the cap at the back of the tap where the socket is located.

Loosen the Allen screw in the handle with a socket wrench (Allen 2.5). Then pull the lever up.

Loosen the locknut with pointed pliers or the CH2300.0000 wrench. Make sure that the tap wrench is correctly positioned on the blade
(tightened at the bottom), otherwise the tap will turn with it.
Turn anticlockwise to loosen.
If the nut is very tight, you can tap it a few times with a steel hammer. (This will startle the nut)

You can now remove the inside of the faucet. When reassembling, make sure that the legs of the interior fit into the holes.
When installing the new interior Newform 14720, always apply a little tap grease or Vaseline to the rubbers.

Now you can pull the spout (faucet neck) up.

If the faucet leaks between the slots, you can replace the rubber rings. Neuform 15608
First, use a screwdriver to loosen the old rings from the inner body.
When inserting them, make sure that the lower ring is facing up and the upper ring is facing down. Always lubricate the rubber rings with tap grease or petroleum jelly to ensure a good seal.

We recommend always replacing the slide rings as well. Neuform 16128
After that, you can reassemble the tap in reverse order.
Turn on the stopcocks or the main valve again.

Now you can enjoy your well-functioning tap again.
