Quooker Because we got a lot of questions on how to disassemble a Quooker reservoir, we made a service video.
Previously, you could only replace the Hitac filter, but this is no longer supplied separately. If you want to overhaul your reservoir + replace the Hitac filter, you can order a new interior. We have the right interior for each type of reservoir in stock.
What should you do before disconnecting the Quooker reservoir.
1. Unplug it and let the Quooker faucet run until only cold water comes out.
2. Shut off the water pressure and run the Quooker again until no more water comes out.
3. Unscrew the hose to the supply line and the hose to the Quooker faucet.
4. The reservoir is now loose and can be removed.
5. Now follow the instructions from the video.
6. Put the reservoir back in the cabinet.
7. Reconnect it with new fiber rings that are supplied with the internals
8. Put the water pressure back on the reservoir.
9. Open your Quooker faucet. Black water will first come out of the tap (this is loose carbon and is not harmful). When all carbon is out of the water, you can close the tap again.
10. Put the plug in the socket and turn the Quooker on again. You can do this by pressing the Q, which is on the lid.
