Quooker malfunction Quooker
2 x flashing = Faucet malfunction
If your Quooker blinks 2x it has to do with a faucet malfunction.
You can reset the Quooker by pulling the power plug out of the reservoir and wait 5 minutes.
Then pull the plug of the faucet out of the reservoir and put it back.
If the problem still occurs you will need a new faucet.
CAUTION if you have a Quooker Fusion or Nordic faucet and the reservoir serial number starts with:
PRO3 reservoirs with VCE... or VCF...
COMBI reservoirs with CCE... , CCF... , CPE... or CPF...
Then you also need a new cap because in the new faucets are different electronics that otherwise the faucet is not controlled.
Quooker PRO3 cap > Cap PRO3E
Quooker COMBI cap > Cap COMBI E
Flashing 4 times = Tank malfunction
Check whether there is water pressure. You can do this by opening the Quooker tap and see if a full jet comes out. If this is the case you can try to reset the reservoir:
Turn off the reservoir by pressing the red 'Q' on top of the reservoir.
Open the Quooker faucet and tap 1 liter of water. You can do this, for example, by filling up a heat-resistant glass measuring cup. Tapping 1 liter of water should take about 20 seconds.
Press the red “Q” to turn the reservoir back on.
The light should now be on continuously; the reservoir is heating up.
After 20 minutes, check to see if boiling water comes out of the faucet.
If your Quooker fails again then you will need a new Quooker thermo element COMBI EQ.
