Below you can find all information about returns

Sight period

From the moment your order is delivered to your home, you have fourteen (14) days to view it.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can exchange or return it within this period.

Items ordered especially for you cannot be returned provided you have a valid reason

Please note!

  • We do not credit special orders and damaged and/or used items. We do not credit basket plugs unless we advised you of the wrong one.
  • We will not credit a return that does not have (adequate) postage paid. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Items that have been used and/or damaged, or whose packaging is damaged or missing will also not be accepted.

If your order was delivered damaged, please notify customer service as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours.

Important information about returns:

Returns will only be accepted if they meet all the conditions below:

1. Shipment must be sufficiently stamped.

2. Product packaging must be complete and undamaged (i.e. not written on or broken).

3. Article must be undamaged and show no signs of use.

4. Return number clearly visible on the front of the shipment.

Costs

  • The cost of a return is entirely the responsibility of the sender. These are not reimbursed by vervangingsmarkt.nl, provided that an error on our part has been detected.
  • Returns that are returned without requesting a return number we will charge a fee of 7.50 euros.
  • This price is based on the time we need to process the return properly. To avoid this cost for you, please request a return number from us.
